I'm having a really good week (multiple friends in town, etc), which I'll blog more about at a later time because the skin on my hands is so dry that it HURTS to move them. Seriously, no amount of lotion is helping....at least once a day I start bleeding somewhere new. Like, right now for example, on my right hand alone I have the equivalent of ten small papercuts and two patches of dry skin that catch on my clothes when they brush up against them.
Also, its coooold. Colder than I remember it being in Bordeaux. But it might just feel a little extra miserable because I have a head cold too. Ahhhhh. It's okay though, I'm taking French cold medicine and drinking lots of tea!
